Preschool/Pre-K Program
Centennial Academy offers a mixed-age preschool/pre-K program for children aged three to five. This in-home program is an excellent opportunity to introduce your child to a classroom environment and get them excited about learning! Your child will be given opportunities to play and explore freely while also being acquainted with participating in more structured group activities. In class, we love to get messy as we create, cook, and investigate. The curriculum is designed to promote early literacy and math skills and also includes time for art and science exploration, sensory activities, and more! Preschool students must be 3 by September 1st, 2024 and must be able to use the bathroom independently.

Classes take place on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 9am to Noon.

Creative Quest at Flourish Art Studio and Classroom
Creative Quest is a homeschool enrichment class for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade that takes place at Flourish Art Studio and Classroom. It offers students an opportunity to explore their own interests while engaging in hands-on activities and working collaboratively with new friends! The class is designed to create a dynamic learning environment where students are active participants in creating, discovering, and learning across many content areas. Our initial session will focus on brainstorming our topics by creating a list of big questions we have about the world around us!
In the next phase of the class, students will engage with those questions through projects, experiments, and discussions which will foster skills such as communication, creative problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration. Tasks will include activities such as hands-on science and sensory explorations, engaging with literature, guided writing, age-appropriate research tasks, integrating art and music, and more! Join us on this exciting adventure of student-driven learning!
